Discovered this little gem at the Thornbury farmers market. I had tried their shortbread cookie butter tarts that were absolutely extraordinary, never before had I sampled this type of butter tart. Must try if you come across PS Bakery. Also tried their chocolate chip cookie, definitely tasty and would get again.

Liz, I was at the Creemore Farmer's Market this morning and bought 3 butter tarts and your strawberry sponge cake. I don't have the words to explain how awesomely delicious the cake was!!! The powdered sugar on top was perfect! It wasn't too sweet, like I think a frosting would be. I'm so glad the Pie Lady wasn't there!! I strongly recommend to anyone and everyone to buy your treats!! You definitely will not be disappointed ❤️Tammi

I have ordered from Petites Souris a few times and have been so happy each and every time. From muffins to a custom smash cake, each order has been so delicious and beautiful. Well priced and high quality baked goods. The muffins froze super well and are a freezer staple in our house for a quick snack. Will definitely be ordering again in the future!
